Fort Aguada Goa

Constructed in 1612 to guard against the Dutch and the Marathas, the fort Aguada walls are 5 Mts. high and 1.3 Mts. wide. A four-storey lighthouse built in 1864 still stands here. Much of the site nowadays serves as a prison and is inaccessible.
